[laughter] i'd like to go back to the issue of sequestration and jobs because if you look at the web site, let's say, of senator levin, he justifies the large defense budget on the basis of the need for jobs. and that concerns me, that we will not get to the kind of economy that you're saying that we really have to get to if we're going to try to preserve jobs by building humvees in michigan. is there, is there a way out of this conundrum? can we work our way over the next four years out of depending on a inflated defense budget for the jobs stability? >> okay, great question. >> so i guess what -- i agree with you, i guess, up to a point anyway in the sense that it is, one of the things that government does not do, one of the many things government does not do well is distinguish between different kinds of spending and what impact they have on the economy. the government does not keep its books in any way that r
